OVERSEAS VOTING FOR 2025 NATIONAL ELECTIONS OPENS IN BRASILIA, BRAZIL

The Overseas Voting for the 2025 National Elections officially began on 13 April 2025.

 

For the first time, overseas voting is now done through Internet Voting, which offers a more convenient and accessible method for overseas voters to participate in the election process.

 

Registered voters who have completed the pre-enrollment process may log in to cast their votes at https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote until 12 May 2025, 8AM (Brasilia time).

 

Additionally, those who have not yet enrolled for the pre-enrollment process may still enroll at https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll until 07 May 2025 (11:59PM Philippine time).

 

Senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), pregnant women and those who may encounter difficulties with the pre-enrollment process or accessing the internet voting system may visit the Embassy for assistance on voting online. The Overseas Voting Precinct at the Embassy is specifically dedicated for these groups and will be open from 9AM to 5PM during the voting period.

 

The Embassy will also be holding field pre-voting enrollments and voting in Sao Paulo, Brazil on19-20 April 2025 and Florianopolis, Brazil on 26-27 April 2025.

 

On 12 May 2025, the last day of the overseas voting period, the Overseas Voting Precinct will be open until 8:00AM (Brasilia time).
